FUEL SYSTEM
| WARNING | Always relieve fuel pressure before disconnecting any fuel injection-related component. DO NOT allow fuel to contact engine or electrical components. |
FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE
Unplug fuel pump connector. Start and run engine until it stalls. After engine stalls, operate starter for about 5 seconds. Turn ignition off.
FUEL TANK PRESSURE SENSOR (CALIF. FWD)
Remove luggage compartment right rear trim panel. Disconnect hose from connector pipe. Remove pressure sensor bracket bolts. Disconnect electrical connector and remove pressure sensor from bracket. To install, reverse removal procedure.

| CAUTION | Do not pry on injectors with a screwdriver or pinch injector pin with pliers during removal. |
