The tumble generator valve position sensor cannot be adjusted when installed, so it should not be removed from the tumble generator valve assembly. - Disconnect the ground cable from battery. (Scheme 233): Disconnecting Battery Ground Cable
- Disconnect the engine harness connector (A) from bracket.
- Disconnect the connector (B) from wastegate control solenoid valve.
- Remove the bracket from vehicle body. (Scheme 234): Identifying Engine Harness And Wastegate Control Solenoid Valve Connector
- Disconnect the pressure hose (C) from the wastegate control solenoid valve. see scheme 155: Identifying Pressure Hoses
- Remove the wastegate control solenoid valve from the bracket
