1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSY RH Check the buckle switch. Fasten the seat belt (buckle switch is ON). Measure the resistance between the terminals. Standard: FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSY RH (BUCKLE SWITCH ON) CONDITION Tester Connection Specified Condition A-1 - A-3 1,330 ohms Release the seat belt (buckle switch is OFF). Measure the resistance between the terminals. Standard: FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSY RH (BUCKLE SWITCH OFF) CONDITION Tester Connection Specified Condition A-1 - A-3 330 ohms If the result is not as specified, replace the inner belt assy.
2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSY LH Check the buckle switch. Fasten the seat belt (buckle switch is ON). Measure the resistance between the terminals. Standard: FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSY LH (BUCKLE SWITCH ON) CONDITION Tester Connection Specified Condition A-1 - A-3 Below 1 ohms Release the seat belt (buckle switch is OFF). Measure the resistance between the terminals. Standard: FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSY LH (BUCKLE SWITCH OFF) CONDITION Tester Connection Specified Condition A-1 - A-3 10 kohms or higher If the result is not as specified, replace the inner belt assy. Check the circuit for the airbag seat position sensor. Measure the resistance between the terminals. Standard: AIRBAG SEAT POSITION SENSOR CONDITION Tester Connection Specified Condition 1 - 2 (connector for airbag seat position sensor) Below 1 ohms If the result is not as specified, replace the inner belt assy.
