INSTALLATION
- INSTALL FAN SHROUD ASSEMBLY Attach the 2 pawl fittings of the shroud. Install the fan assembly with the 2 bolts. Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
- INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT LOWER
- INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY Install the radiator assembly with the 2 radiator support uppers and 2 bolts. Torque: 19 N*m (194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf) Connect the radiator reservoir hose. Connect the 2 clamps of the engine room main wire. Connect the 2 cooling fan motor connectors.
- CONNECT NO. 1 OIL COOLER OUTLET TUBE (for Automatic Transaxle)
- CONNECT NO. 1 OIL COOLER INLET TUBE (for Automatic Transaxle)
- CONNECT RADIATOR HOSE OUTLET
- CONNECT RADIATOR HOSE INLET
- ADD ENGINE COOLANT (See «ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION»(ref-296235-S08215383142008082200000) )
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
- CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKAGE (See «ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION»(ref-296235-S22380392102008082200000) )
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION Perform initialization (See «INITIALIZATION»(ref-296226-S09190278172008082200000) ). NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
