Removal Procedure

Note. Audio Multifunction Control is a part of Instrument Panel Lower Center Trim Panel.

Remove the instrument panel lower center trim panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER CENTER TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT .

Installation Procedure

Install the instrument panel lower center trim panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER CENTER TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT .

Scheme 1: Video Display Replacement

Callout	Component Name
1	Video Display Fastener (Qty: 4) See FASTENER CAUTION . Tighten 9.5 Nm (84 lb in)
2	Video Display Assembly Procedure Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Scheme 2: Heater and Air Conditioning and Radio Control Module Replacement

Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Remove front floor console rear air outlet deflector housing. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE REAR COVER REPLACEMENT .
1	Heater and Air Conditioning and Radio Control Module Fastener (Qty: 4) See FASTENER CAUTION .
2	Heater and Air Conditioning and Radio Control Module Procedure After repairs, refer to CONTROL MODULE REFERENCES for programming and set up information.

Scheme 3: Radio Front Speaker Grille Replacement

Callout	Component Name
1	Radio Front Speaker Grille Assembly Procedure Use a flat-bladed plastic trim tool to aid in the removal of the speaker grille. Disconnect the electrical connector. When replacing the speaker grille, transfer all necessary components.

Scheme 4: Radio Rear Speaker Grille Replacement

Callout	Component Name
1	Radio Rear Speaker Grille NOTE: Use a small flat-bladed tool to release the radio rear speaker grille.

Scheme 5: Radio Front Speaker Replacement

Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Remove the front speaker grille, use a flat-bladed plastic tool. Remove the electrical connector.
1	Radio Front Speaker Fastener (Qty: 2) See FASTENER CAUTION . Tighten 2.5 Nm (22 lb in)
2	Radio Front Speaker Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector.

Scheme 6: Radio Front Side Door Upper Speaker Replacement

Preliminary Procedure Remove the front side door trim panel. Refer to FRONT SIDE DOOR TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT .
1	Radio Front Side Door Upper Speaker Procedure Use a small flat-bladed tool to release the radio front side door upper speaker.

Preliminary Procedure Remove the front side door trim panel. Refer to FRONT SIDE DOOR TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT .
1	Radio Front Side Door Speaker Fastener See FASTENER CAUTION .
2	Radio Front Side Door Speaker Procedure Disconnect the electrical connection. Release the radio front side door speaker retainer.

Scheme 8: Radio Rear Speaker Replacement

Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Remove the rear window trim finish panel. See PARCEL SHELF, REPLACEMENT .
1	Radio Rear Speaker Fastener (Qty: 6) See FASTENER CAUTION .
2	Radio Rear Speaker (Qty: 4) Procedure Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Scheme 9: Radio Rear Side Door Speaker Replacement

Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Remove the rear side door trim panel. See REAR SIDE DOOR TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT .
1	Radio Rear Side Door Speaker Fastener See FASTENER CAUTION .
2	Radio Rear Side Door Speaker Procedure Disconnect the electrical connection. Release radio rear side door speaker retainer.

Scheme 10: Steering Wheel Control Switch Assembly Replacement

Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Loosen the inflatable restraint steering wheel module for access. See STEERING WHEEL INFLATABLE RESTRAINT MODULE REPLACEMENT .
1	Steering Wheel Control Switch Assembly Procedure Pull out the control switches using a trim tool. Release all the retainers and release the electrical connectors. Remove the steering wheel control switches.
