Applies to the door trim for both front and rear doors.

  1. Remove the curved decor strip on the door frame (fastened with clips). Door trim, driver's door: Unplug the connector for the door mirror adjustment.
  2. Remove the inside door handle, 1 cover piece and screw.
  3. Remove the door pull, 2 cover pieces and screws. IMPORTANT: Be careful not to damage the door trim.
  4. Remove the door trim (fastened with clips). Use a screwdriver to undo the clips along the edge. Remove the moulding using a screwdriver.
  5. Lift the door trim away from the lock button.
  6. Remove the door lamp from the trim. Unplug and mark all connectors.
