Turn ignition on. Check voltage supply at fuses No. 7 and 14. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Check fuses and replace as necessary. Ensure voltage is present at power window console switch terminals No. 10 (Yellow/Gray wire) and No. 11 (Brown/Gray wire). Ensure ground is present at power window console switch terminal No. 8 (Black wire). Check all connections, wiring and grounds.

Turn ignition on. Check voltage supply at fuses No. 6 and 36. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Check fuses and replace as necessary. Ensure voltage is present at power window console switch terminals No. 11 and 12 (Violet wires). Ensure ground is present at power window console switch terminal No. 8 (Black wire). Check all connections, wiring and grounds.

- Open door. Unfasten clips and remove curved decorative strip on door frame. Disconnect door mirror switch electrical connector. Remove interior door opening and door pull handles. Carefully unclip door trim. Pry upward on door trim, lifting door trim away from lock button. Remove door light from trim. Remove door trim. (Scheme 1)
- Remove plastic weather barrier. Lower window about 4" until window glass mounting bolts are visible in upper door holes. Hold glass to window frame with 2 pieces of tape. Remove window lift clips and pry stay from sliding rollers with a large flat chisel. (Scheme 2) NOTE: Pry close to edge to avoid deforming rail.
- Drill out blind rivet heads. Remove rivets with punch. Operate power window motor so scissor lift takes up as small a space as possible. Disconnect window lift motor connector. Remove 2 scissor lift guide channel nuts. (Scheme 3) Remove guide channel. To install, reverse removal procedure.

- Open door. Unfasten clips and remove curved decorative strip on door frame. Disconnect door mirror switch electrical connector. Remove interior door opening and door pull handles. Carefully unclip door trim. Pry upward on door trim, lifting door trim away from lock button. Remove door light from trim. Remove door trim.
- Lower window until window mounting is visible. Retaining clip, which secures ball in window lift to window guide rail, should now be accessible. Hold glass to window frame with 2 pieces of tape. Remove clip and detach brace from window mounting by prying brace from roller with a large flat chisel. (Scheme 4) NOTE: Pry between brace and rail close to ball so brace is not deformed.
- Disconnect electrical connector. Knock out steel cores in blind rivets. Drill out heads of blind rivets. Hold window lift assembly and knock out rivets from door panel. Lower window lift into door so upper part can be removed through large rear hole. Remove window lift assembly. (Scheme 5) To install, reverse removal procedure.
