DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING - LUMBAR CONTROL SWITCH

- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Remove the lumbar control switch from the seat. Refer to «SWITCH, LUMBAR CONTROL, REMOVAL»(ref-476555-S09905235332012060400000) .
- Use an ohmmeter to test the continuity of the lumbar control switch using the following table. If not OK, replace the inoperative lumbar control switch. If switch tests OK, check for an open or short in the power lumbar support circuit wiring. If no open or short is found, replace the seat back. Refer to «SEAT BACK, FRONT, REMOVAL»(ref-476497-S20939475182012060400000) and/or «SEAT BACK, REAR, REMOVAL»(ref-476497-S19454358892012060400000) .
