Assembling intake-air distributor (suction module)
1. Push controller drum in from the rear. To do this, use strong, jerky movements.
2. Fit front bearing cover. Screw in the three screws. -1-. see scheme 266

3. Place rear bearing cover with vacuum unit in position. When doing so, ensure that the different sized pins for the controller drum fit into the appropriate groove on the bearing cover -1 and 2-. Move bearing cover and deflection lever into the correct installation position. Push deflection lever onto the controller drum shaft. (Scheme 14)
4. Screw in three screws on the rear bearing cover -1-. Check that the deflection lever is engaged correctly on the roller drum shaft. --> Bearing cover with vacuum unit. see scheme 268
