Installing coolant regulator
1. Insert thermostat with spring up into the housing.
2. Align bleeder valve -arrow-. see scheme 159
3. Position housing cover with new seal.
4. Tighten the 3 fastening screws -arrows-. --> Tightening torque: 6 ftlb. see scheme 161
5. Connect coolant hoses and fit spring-band clamps.
1. Install transmission. Refer to 37 35 19 Removing and installing transmission - as of MY 2003 (Cayenne TIP) or refer to 34 35 19 Removing and installing transmission - as of MY 2003 (Cayenne MAN) .
2. Fill and bleed the cooling system according to instructions. > 193817 Draining and filling coolant (includes bleeding) - chapter on "Filling"
