1. Open holder.
1.1. Release holder -arrow- and fold up. (Scheme 672)

2. Press sliding lock upwards
2.1. Press sliding lock upwards in direction of arrow -arrow-. (Scheme 673)
3. Insert piston rod.
3.1. Hold sliding lock pressed and insert piston rod -B1- completely into the gun grip -B1-. (Scheme 674)

4. Insert mixing cartridge.
4.1. Insert double cartridge -C1- into the gun -B- from above. Insert the cartridge until the muzzle of the gun engages in the groove of the cartridge. (Scheme 675)
5. Engage holder.
5.1. Swivel holder downward and engage on handle of gun.

6. Open cartridge.
6.1. Turn screw cap 90° counter-clockwise and remove.
7. Squeeze adhesive to the front.
7.1. By activating the valve of the gun grip, allow the piston rod to move out slowly until both components emerge equally.
7.2. Wipe off any adhesive that emerges.

8. Fit processing nozzle.
8.1. Before fitting the processing nozzle, ensure that the muzzle -A- and the mixing channels are aligned on one level, if necessary turn the bayonet locking mechanism on the processing nozzle through 90°. (Scheme 678)
8.2. Position processing nozzle -C2- and turn clockwise 90°. (Scheme 678)
9. Mix adhesive components.
9.1. By activating the valve of the gun grip, allow the piston rod to move out slowly until the adhesive is visible in the processing pipe.

10. Bond the body part.
Note. In order to ensure that the substance is completely mixed, apply a 30 mm long adhesive bead of fresh adhesive to a piece of cardboard before processing. Process the adhesive within the processing period. The adhesive must be applied and the body part must be jointed within this period. Any resistance welding to be carried out in the area of the bonding must be performed within this period as well. --> Working time: 60 min Do not load bonded parts until hardening is complete! If the contents of the cartridge are not used up completely, the processing nozzle must be kept on the cartridge until the adhesive hardens. In the event of later processing, a new processing nozzle must be used.
