Configurable Customer Control System: Removal & Installation Pontiac Vibe II

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to «Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Replacement»(ref-341870-S35691574962009091700000) .
  2. Disconnect the connector (2) from the coil.
  3. Disengage the clamp (3).
  4. Remove the screw (1).
  5. Disengage the 2 pins (4).
  6. Remove the audio control switch from the steering wheel.

Installation Procedure

  1. Engage the pins (4) and install the audio control switch to the steering wheel.
  2. Install the screw (1).
  3. Engage the clamp (3).
  4. Connect the connector (2) to the coil.
  5. Install the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to «Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Replacement»(ref-341870-S35691574962009091700000) .
