Remove the accessories drive belt (1)

Remove the accessories drive belt (3)

Remove

• The (2) bolt
• The (4) bolt
• The alternator

Remove

• The bolts (5)
• The style cover (6)

Uncouple then remove the pipes (7) from the intake manifold (if necessary)

Remove

• The inlet manifold (8)
• The pipe (9)
• The oil pressure switch (10)

Fit the tool [1]

Remove

• The bolts (11)
• The clutch mechanism (12)

Remove

• The bolts (13)
• The timing cover (14)

Pin the injection pump pulley (15) using tool [2]

Check the alignment between the marking (a) on the camshaft pulley (16) and the marking (b) on the cylinder head cover

Immobilise the belt tensioner (17) using tool [2]

Remove

• The bolts (18)
• The coolant pump pulley (19)

Remove

• The bolts (20)
• The coolant pump (21); support the tool [7]

Remove

• The (22) bolt
• The accessory pulley (23)
• The bolts (24)
• The casing (25)
• The tool [1]

Remove

• The nut (26)
• The nut (27)
• The roller tensioner (28) and the bracket
• The timing belt

Remove

• The bolts (29); using tool [8]
• The camshaft pulley (30)

Remove

• The bolts (31); using tool [8]
• The injection pump pulley (32)

Remove

• The tensioning roller (34)

Remove the crankshaft pinion (35)

Remove

• The high pressure supply pipes (36) for the diesel injectors
• The diesel outlet union (37)
• The diesel inlet union (38)
• The electrical connections
• The diesel injectors return pipes

Remove

• The injection pump (40)

Remove the high pressure pipe (36)

Uncouple: the hoses (37) - (38)

Remove

• The 3 nuts (39)
• The fuel high pressure pump (40)

Remove

• The u bolt (41)
• The dipstick guide (42)

Remove

• The oil pump (44)

Fix the oil pump on the tool [23] using the screw

Remove

• The heat exchanger (46)

Remove

• The oil filter bracket (48)

Remove

• The exhauster (50) and its seal

Remove

• The bolts (52)
• The pump cover (53) fitted with the excess oil pressure valve
