Security Code

As protection against abuse, the 4–character security code (from the Car Pass) must be entered before programming with the TECH 1 diagnostic tester. The code must be entered with utmost concentration, as – similarly to the radio code – a waiting period has to be endured each time an incorrect entry is made before the next attempt can be made.
