Note:

Programming is only possible when the system is intact.

Control unit 90 339 998 / HE cannot be programmed. It has fixed programming for variant coding "0".

Control unit is equipped with the variant coding "99" on delivery, i.e. the control unit is not programmed. In addition, trouble code 10 is stored.

When the control unit number and variant coding are requested, proceed with selection according to the following table. Exercise extreme care, as incorrect programming can cause a malfunction in the TC system.

Note:

If the display on the right appears after completion, the programming has been performed successfully.

If the display on the right appears after completion, a fault has occurred during programming. The following measures should be performed consecutively:

Read out trouble code; no trouble codes should be stored;

Attempt programming again;

Carry out TECH 1 self-test;

Check TECH 1 cable for damaged insulation and shielding;

Attempt programming with new control unit;
