Check Engine Oil Pressure Opel Tigra B

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect oil pressure switch wiring harness plug (2)
3. 3. Remove oil pressure switch (1) • Place collecting basin underneath.

4. 4. Attach KM-498-B in combination with KM-135

5. 5. Check engine oil pressure • Start engine. • Switch off engine

Note. Engine oil pressure approx. 140 kPa (1.4 bar) at idling speed and with the engine at operating temperature.

6. 6. Detach KM-498-B in combination with KM-135
7. 7. Install oil pressure switch • Replace seal ring • Tighten oil pressure switch 32 Nm
8. 8. Connect oil pressure switch wiring harness plug
9. 9. Check engine oil level, if necessary correct. • Observe specified engine oil quantity
10. 10. Close bonnet
