Basic Adjustment of Both Control Cables
Remove glass shell, water deflector panel and crank drive - see operation "Glass Shell, Water Deflector Panel and Crank Drive, Replace".
Slide lateral guide with control cable guide in guide rail forwards up to stop. Slide connecting pin (1) of connecting rod guide flush onto adjusting notch (2) of lateral guide. Hold down (3) of lateral guide passes by rear edge of rail recess with slight offset (dimension I = ± 0.2 mm/.008 in.).
Install water deflector panel, glass shell and crank drive - see operation "Water Deflector Panel, Glass Shell and Crank Drive, Replace".
