Operating Cables, Both, Basic Adjustment
Basic adjustment of both cables is necessary when there is a malfunction in the shell - (other than failure of the flat gear motor).
Remove shell.
Remove crank drive/flat gear motor and gutter.
| Push slide block guide and cable guide to front stop on guide rail. | |||

Push cable guide with connecting pin back on rail adjustment notch until flush.
Adjust slide block guide hold -down clamp.
Adjustment:
The hold -down clamp slider goes past the rear edge of the rail recess with minimum offset (0.2 mm/ 0.008 in.).
