Condenser, Replace
Remove
Drain air conditioning system.
See corresponding operation in this group.
Remove radiator.
See corresponding operation in group J.
Remove scoop.
Unclip wiring harness from scoop.
Remove battery retaining clip.
Unscrew hose from compressor to condenser and pipe from condenser to evaporator on condenser and immediately close off openings with plugs.

Install
Install analogously in reverse order.
Before installing, straighten damaged or bent condenser fins using fin straightener.
Use new O-rings, lubricating them with refrigerant oil before inserting. When draining the air conditioning system, any refrigerant oil that may have been carried out and caught must be filled into condenser. In addition to this, fill new condenser with approx. 45 cm3/2.75 in3 of refrigerant oil.
Tighten hoses and pipes to prescribed torque.

Evacuate and charge air conditioning system.
