Preselection Control
Actuation of the preselection switch rotary knob allows the sliding roof to be steplessly adjusted to any position.
For this, the potentiometer in the preselection switch compares the desired position with the currently set position.
Signal for the drive allow the sliding roof to reach the desired position approx. 0.5 see. after the preselection switch rotary knob is actuated.
Positions of preselection switch rotary knob:
1 Sliding root fully closed
2 Sliding roof slid back approx. 25%
3 Sliding roof slid back approx. 50%
4 Sliding root slid back approx. 80% (comfort position)
5 Sliding roof fully open
6 Sliding roof tilted fully

If the preselection switch rotary knob is actuated while the sliding roof is moving or if several adjustment changes are made on the preselection switch rotary knob immediately after one another, the sliding roof obeys the last command only.
If the preselection switch rotary knob is turned past the "sliding roof closed" position to another position, the sliding roof goes to the selected position without first closing.
