Clutch Return Spring Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the clutch pedal assembly. Refer to Clutch Pedal Replacement .
2. Remove the clutch pedal return spring from the clutch pedal assembly.
3. Remove the clutch pedal return spring bushing from the clutch pedal assembly.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the clutch pedal return spring bushing (1) to the clutch pedal assembly.
2. Install the clutch pedal return spring (2) to the clutch pedal assembly.
3. Install the clutch pedal assembly. Refer to Clutch Pedal Replacement .
4. Move the clutch pedal through the full range of motion to check for proper clutch pedal spring operation.
