Replace Heating Operation Unit (Rhd) Opel Corsa D

Heating, Ventilation 10 illustrations ~525 words

Remove

  1. 1. Disconnect battery
  1. 2. Remove passenger's side lower panelling (3) • Unscrew bolt (1) • Undo clip (2) • Remove from guide
  1. 3. Remove instrument panel padding lower centre • Unscrew 2x bolts (1) • Remove from guide
  1. 4. Remove glove compartment • Unscrew 4x bolt (1) and (2) • Disconnect wiring harness connector.
  1. 5. Remove passenger air duct • Open body-bound rivet (1)
  1. 6. Detach Bowden cable at top air valve • Unclip hook on air distributor housing (2) • Detach Bowden cable on mixed air valve (1)
  1. 7. Remove instrument panel padding lower • Unclip 2x panel (2) • Unscrew 2x bolts (1) • Open wiring harness plug for light switch centre (3)
  2. 8. Remove air duct to driver's footwell • Open body-bound rivet
  3. 9. Detach Bowden cable at centre air valve • Unclip hook on air distributor housing • Detach Bowden cable on mixed air valve
  1. 10. Remove radio • unlock with KM-6097 • Disconnect wiring harness plug (2) • Pull off antenna cable (1)
  1. 11. Remove heater control • Unscrew 2x bolts (2) • Unclip 4x heater control (3) • Release and separate 4x wiring harness plug (1) • Pull heater control forwards
  1. 12. Remove air distribution Bowden cable • Unclip hook from heater control (2) • Detach Bowden cable (1)
  1. 13. Remove fan control Bowden cable • Unclip hook from heater control (2) • Detach Bowden cable (1)
  2. 14. Remove heater control • Unclip bulb holder 2x • Replace 2x bulbs • Clip in bulb holder 2x

Install

  1. 15. Install air distribution Bowden cable • Lay Bowden cable • Attach Bowden cable to heater control • Clip in hook to heater control
  2. 16. Install fan control Bowden cable • Lay Bowden cable • Attach Bowden cable to heater control • Clip in hook to heater control
  3. 17. Install heater control • Insert 2x bulbs • Clip in bulb holder 2x
  4. 18. Install Bowden cable • Lay Bowden cable • Attach Bowden cable to heater control • Clip in hook to heater control
  5. 19. Install heater control • Connect 4x wiring harness plug • Clip in 4x • Insert heater control • Tighten 2x bolts
  6. 20. Install radio • Fix wiring harness plug • Connect antenna cable • Insert radio
  7. 21. Attach Bowden cable at centre air flap • Attach Bowden cable on mixed air flap • Clip in hook on air distributor housing
  8. 22. Install air duct to driver's footwell • Close body-bound rivet
  9. 23. Install instrument panel padding • Connect wiring harness plug for light switch centre • Tighten 2x bolts • Unclip 2x panel
  10. 24. Attach Bowden cable at top air flap • Attach Bowden cable on mixed air flap • Clip in hook on air distributor housing
  11. 25. Install air duct passenger side footwell • Clip in body-bound rivet
  12. 26. Install glove compartment • Fix wiring harness plug • Tighten 4x bolts
  13. 27. Install instrument panel padding lower centre • Insert into guide • Tighten 2x bolts
  14. 28. Install passenger's side lower footwell panelling • Insert into guide • Tighten bolt • Connect clip
  15. 29. Connect battery
  16. 30. Program volatile memories
