Important: The compressor for the Corsa D comes from Denso and cannot be repaired. It has no magnetic clutch and no drain plug for the compressor lubricant. To determine the oil quantity in the removed compressor, release a housing bolt on the pulley side and drain the oil.
Note. When draining the oil, turn the pulley from time to time.
• Service: For service on the Corsa D, in contrast to compressors on other Opel vehicles, only compressors half-filled with PAG fluid are offered. The fill quantity of this service compressor is 40 g. The total filling quantity of PAG fluid on the Corsa D is 80 g.

- 2. Unscrew housing bolt (1) as far as possible (2)
Measure
Important. Pour compressor lubricant from the compressor removed into a measuring cylinder and record the quantity of drained lubricant.
- 3. Measure compressor lubricant
Install
Important. Synthetic PAG fluid absorbs moisture from the air very quickly. Only store PAG fluid in well-sealed containers. If it cannot be ensured that a PAG fluid container has been sealed correctly after use, this fluid must not be used. PAG fluid saturated with moisture leads to the formation of an acid and to consequential damage in the system.
