The areas indicated (arrow) on the rear quarter panel, sill panel and the transition area (extension) of the E pillar and rear quarter panel are treated with a special protective PVC coating.
1. PVC stone protector from edge of sill

2. Cathodic electro dip priming
(thickness approx. 18 µm)
3. PVC stone protector
(thickness approx. 400 µm)
