Tailgate Latch Striker Replace

Remove

1. Open the liftgate.
2. Remove the floor panel rear extension.
3. Remove the bolts securing the latch striker.
4. Pull the lock striker out.

Install

1. Install the latch striker with the bolts.

Tighten

Tighten the tailgate latch striker bolt to 3 N•m (27 lb-in).

2. Install the floor panel rear extension.
3. Close the liftgate.
