The Enjoy model with the K12B gasoline engine is available with an electronic 4-speed AISIN AW, model 80-40LS, automatic transmission.
The main features of the transmission are:
- Ravigneaux planetary gear unit
- Gate type select lever
- Key interlock shift lock system with manual release button located on the selector panel

The transmission control module (TCM) is secured to the A pillar. The TCM communicates with the engine control module (ECM), BCM (body control module) and instrument cluster via the CAN Bus system.
The key interlock shift lock system prevents the gear lever from being moved from the Park position in the event of an electrical failure, e.g. discharged battery. Pressing a manual release button, which is located in the gear lever panel, enables the gear lever to be moved via a lever and cable mechanism. The manual release button is concealed beneath a cap on left drive models.
