Clutch Cable Replacement Opel Agila B

Remove

1. 1. Release clutch cable (2) from clutch release arm • Remove locking cap • Remove nut (3) • Remove pin (1)

2. 2. For right drive vehicles, release clutch cable bracket from bulkhead • Remove bolt
3. 3. Release clutch cable from bulkhead • Remove 2x bolt (1)

4. 4. Release clutch cable (1) from clutch pedal

5. 5. Remove clutch cable from engine compartment

Install

6. 6. Install new clutch cable to engine compartment • Apply suitable grease to pedal end of clutch cable
7. 7. Secure clutch cable (1) to clutch pedal

8. 8. Secure clutch cable to bulkhead • Install 2x bolt (1) 9 Nm

9. 9. For right drive vehicles, secure clutch cable bracket to bulkhead • Install bolt
10. 10. Secure clutch cable (2) to clutch release arm • Install pin (1) – Apply suitable grease to pin • Install nut (3)
11. 11. Adjust clutch cable • Secure nut until release arm free travel is 0 – 2 mm • Install locking cap

12. 12. Check operation of clutch pedal
