Crankcase Capacity

Engine oil capacity is 4.0 qts. (3.8L). More oil will be needed when changing oil filter.

(1) Apply Sealant (1052080) to cylinder head bolts. (2) Refer to TSB REVISED CYLINDER HEAD BOLT TORQUE SPECIFICATION AND TIGHTENING SEQUENCE. Tighten cylinder head bolts in sequence. (Схема №5) (3) Apply Thread Locker (12345382) to flexplate/flywheel bolts. (4) Install lower intake manifold using NEW bolts that have a threadlocker adhesive added. If reusing original bolts, clean bolt threads and apply sealant (12345382) to bolt threads. (5) Tighten lower intake manifold vertical bolts (4 middle bolts) to 62 INCH lbs. (7 N.m). (Схема №3) Tighten lower intake manifold diagonal bolts (4 outer bolts) to 62 INCH lbs. (7 N.m). (6) Tighten lower intake manifold vertical bolts (4 middle bolts) to 115 INCH lbs. (13 N.m). (Схема №3) Tighten lower intake manifold diagonal bolts (4 outer bolts) to 18 Ft. lbs. (25 N.m). (7) Finger tighten first.
(1)Apply Sealant (1052080) to cylinder head bolts.
(2)Refer to TSB REVISED CYLINDER HEAD BOLT TORQUE SPECIFICATION AND TIGHTENING SEQUENCE. Tighten cylinder head bolts in sequence. (Схема №5)
(3)Apply Thread Locker (12345382) to flexplate/flywheel bolts.
(4)Install lower intake manifold using NEW bolts that have a threadlocker adhesive added. If reusing original bolts, clean bolt threads and apply sealant (12345382) to bolt threads.
(5)Tighten lower intake manifold vertical bolts (4 middle bolts) to 62 INCH lbs. (7 N.m). (Схема №3) Tighten lower intake manifold diagonal bolts (4 outer bolts) to 62 INCH lbs. (7 N.m).
(6)Tighten lower intake manifold vertical bolts (4 middle bolts) to 115 INCH lbs. (13 N.m). (Схема №3) Tighten lower intake manifold diagonal bolts (4 outer bolts) to 18 Ft. lbs. (25 N.m).
(7)Finger tighten first.
