Starting System: Removal & Installation Nissan Rogue II

Starter

REMOVAL

  1. Remove battery tray. Refer to " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-616710-S05522753762014051900000) ".
  2. Remove terminal B nut and terminal B harness.
  3. Remove terminal S nut and terminal S harness.
  4. Remove starter motor mounting bolts.
  5. Remove starter motor upward from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal. Perform the following: "Learning".

  1. Perform the " «THROTTLE VALVE CLOSED POSITION LEARNING»(ref-616720-S21346138982014051900000) " and "Accelerator Pedal Released Position Learning" when harness connector of ECM is disconnected. Refer to " «WORK PROCEDURE»(ref-616720-S02703137402014051900000) " and " «WORK PROCEDURE»(ref-616720-S13788919192014051900000) ".
