Removal
Drain cooling system. Remove radiator shroud and fan. Remove fan belts and water pump pulley. Remove water inlet (if necessary). Remove crankshaft pulley. Remove timing belt cover. Remove mounting bolts and water pump.
Installation
Install water pump with NEW gasket. Install water pump. Tighten water pump bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . To install remaining components, reverse removal procedure.
