REMOVAL

Remove multi display unit. Refer to " REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".

INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Remove audio unit. Refer to the following. Refer to " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-516455-S24569641952012120600000) ". (Without navigation) Refer to " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-516456-S36975327102012120600000) ". (With navigation)
  2. Remove inside key antenna (instrument center). Refer to " «INSTRUMENT CENTER: REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-516400-S16286760362012120600000) ".
  3. Remove fixing screws (A), and then remove A/C auto amp..

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Remove bumper fascia assembly. Refer to " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-516396-S40930624872012120600000) ".
  2. Disengage fixing pawl, and then remove ambient sensor (1).
  3. Disconnect ambient sensor connector (2), and then remove ambient sensor.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Remove instrument lower panel LH. Refer to " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-516429-S05150829502012120600000) ".
  2. Remove fixing screw, and then remove in-vehicle sensor.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Remove switch panel. Refer to " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-516429-S05150829502012120600000) ".
  2. Disconnect sunload sensor connector, and then remove sunload sensor.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Remove evaporator assembly. Refer to " «EVAPORATOR: REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-516410-S40108135552012120600000) ".
  2. Remove intake sensor from evaporator.

Note the following items, and then install in the order of removal.

CAUTIONReplace O-rings with new ones. Then apply the compressor oil to them when installing. Mark the mounting position of intake sensor bracket prior to removal so that the reinstalled sensor can be located in the same position. Never rotate the bracket insertion part when removing and installing the intake sensor. Check for leakages when recharging refrigerant. Refer to " LEAK TEST ".

Refer to " REFRIGERANT PRESSURE SENSOR: REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Remove instrument panel assembly. Refer to " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-516429-S05150829502012120600000) ".
  2. Disconnect power transistor connector.
  3. Slide power transistor (1) to the left while pressing lever (A), and then remove power transistor.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Remove instrument lower panel LH. Refer to " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-516429-S05150829502012120600000) ".
  2. Remove fixing screws (A), and then remove intake door motor (1).
  3. Disconnect intake door motor connector (2).

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Remove glove box assembly Refer to " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-516429-S05150829502012120600000) ".
  2. Remove foot duct RH. Refer to " «FOOT DUCT: REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-516438-S06231903802012120600000) ".
  3. Disconnect mode link rod from mode door motor.
  4. Remove fixing screws (A), and then remove mode door motor (1).
  5. Disconnect mode door motor connector (2).

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Set the temperature at full cold. CAUTION: Always perform the above procedure when removing air mix door motor. Otherwise, air mix door may interfere in A/C unit assembly may be damaged.
  2. Remove instrument lower panel LH. Refer to " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-516429-S05150829502012120600000) ".
  3. Remove fixing screws (A), and then remove air mix door motor (1).
  4. Disconnect air mix door motor connector (2).

Note the following item, and then install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTIONAfter installing door motor, perform door motor starting position. Refer to " WORK PROCEDURE ".
