INSPECTION AFTER INSTALLATION

1. Check that the accelerator pedal moves smoothly within the specified ranges. Adjustable accelerator pedal - total pedal applied stroke: 48.3 mm (1.90 in) Adjustable accelerator pedal - total pedal adjustment travel: 73.2 mm (2.88 in)
2. Check that the accelerator pedal smoothly returns to the original position.
3. Perform an electrical inspection of the accelerator pedal position sensor. Refer to «DTC P2138 APP SENSOR»(ref-233258-S18532765892006052500000) . CAUTION: When the harness connector of the accelerator pedal position sensor is disconnected, perform «ACCELERATOR PEDAL RELEASED POSITION LEARNING»(ref-233258-S04615145402006052500000) .
