1. Release the pawls at the rear edge and remove inside release handle escutcheon, then remove the screw.
2. Remove the main power window/door lock switch finisher (LH) or front power window/door lock switch finisher (RH). Refer to " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-592060-S32492764652014010800000) " (Main LH - LH Only Anti-Pinch Coupe), " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-592061-S35052470162014010800000) " (Main LH - LH & RH Front Anti-Pinch Coupe), " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-592060-S26620212752014010800000) " (Front RH - LH Only Anti-Pinch Coupe) or " «REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-592061-S08839330642014010800000) " (Front RH - LH & RH Front Anti-Pinch Coupe).
3. Remove the front door finisher screw beneath power window and door lock/unlock switch finisher.
4. Place a suitable tool (A) under the rear corner of the armrest finisher (1) and disengage the bottom plastic clips. Slide the suitable tool up to disengage the three metal clips. CAUTION: Do not pull on the armrest finisher. Armrest is not serviceable. Any attempt to remove armrest will render part damaged and unusable.
5. Continue to move the suitable tool (A) and disengage the upper metal clip and remove armrest finisher (1).
6. Remove the front door finisher screw beneath armrest finisher.
7. Release the clips around outer edge, then remove front door finisher.
8. Disconnect the step lamp connector.
9. Disconnect inside release handle and lock knob cables from back of front door finisher.
10. Remove the inside release handle.
