ELECTRIC COOLING FAN THERMOSENSOR
On Colt, Colt Vista, Cordia, Galant, Mirage and Tredia models, the thermosensor comes on at 180-190°F (82-88°C), and goes off at 172-183°F (78-84°C).
On Starion ESI intercooled models, thermosensor No. 1 (larger fan, right side), comes on at 180-190°F (82-88°C), and goes off at 172-189°F (78-87°C); thermosensor No. 2 (smaller fan, left side), comes on at 207-217°F (97-103°C), and goes off at 199-216°F (93-102°C).
RADIATOR CAP
Radiator cap pressure relief valve opens at 11-15 psi (.77-1.05 kg/cm 2 ).
THERMOSTAT
Thermostat begins to open at 190°F (88°C), and fully opens at 212°F (100°C).
