a Refer to the appropriate procedures.

WARNINGAll vehicles are equipped with gas-pressurized shock absorbers which will extend unassisted. Do not apply heat or flame to the shock absorbers during removal or component servicing. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury.
CAUTIONSuspension fasteners are critical parts because they affect performance of vital parts and systems and their failure can result in major service expense. A new part with the same part number must be installed if installation becomes necessary. Do not use a replacement part of lesser quality or substitute design. Torque values must be used as specified during reassembly to make sure of correct retention of these parts.

The front suspension consists of the following components

  1. Wheel bearings
  2. Wheel hubs
  3. Wheel studs
  4. Front and rear lower arms
  5. Upper arms
  6. Stabilizer bar
  7. Stabilizer bar bushings
  8. Stabilizer bar links
  9. Shock and spring assemblies
  10. Wheel knuckles
