REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove glove box. Remove lower bracket and seal plate. Remove blower unit. Disassemble blower unit to remove fresh/recirculated air door and blower motor. To install, reverse removal procedure.
Drain coolant. Remove instrument panel. Disconnect heater hose connector from heater core side, and remove heater hose. Remove nuts. Release seal plate clamp and remove seal plate together with unit. Disassemble heater case to remove heater core. (Scheme 1) To install, reverse removal procedure.
