Millenia
Disconnect power seat control switch, tilt motor and recline motor harness connectors. Check continuity between specified terminals with seat control switch in specified position. (Scheme 7) See CONTROL SWITCH CONTINUITY TEST (MILLENIA) table. If continuity is not as specified, replace power seat control switch.

Disconnect the seat control switch harness connectors. (Scheme 8) Check continuity between appropriate harness connector terminals with control switch in specified position. See CONTROL SWITCH CONTINUITY TEST (626) table. If continuity is not as specified, replace seat control switch.

SEAT MOTOR
Disconnect power seat motor harness connector at each power seat motor. Apply battery voltage and ground between motor terminals. Reverse polarity to move seat in opposite direction. If power seat motor does not operate as described, replace power seat motor.
Remove heated seat switch. Check continuity between heated seat switch terminals with switch in specified position. (Scheme 9) See HEATED SEAT SWITCH CONTINUITY TEST (MILLENIA) table. If continuity is not as specified, replace seat heater switch.

HEATED SEAT SWITCH CONTINUITY TEST (MILLENIA)
Scheme 9
- Remove heated seat relay (located behind rear seat back). Check continuity between terminals "A" and "B" at heated seat relay. (Scheme 10) If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace heated seat relay.
- Check continuity between terminals "C" and "D" at heated seat relay. If continuity does not exist, go to next step. If continuity exists, replace heated seat relay.
- Apply positive battery voltage to terminal "A" and ground terminal "B" at heated seat relay. With voltage applied, check continuity between terminals "C" and "D" at heated seat relay. If continuity exists, relay is okay at this time. If continuity does not exist, replace heated seat relay.
