TCS OFF SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. The TCS OFF switch is installed on the rear console.

1. Inspect the wiring harness between the ABS/TCS HU/CM and TCS OFF switch for short to ground.
2. Remove the ABS/TCS HU/CM connector.
3. Measure the resistance between P and ground. If not within the specification, inspect the harness and the TCS OFF switch. Resistance When switch is pressed 1-100 ohm When switch is released No continuity

Scheme 144

1. Remove the TCS OFF switch.
2. Inspect for continuity between terminals C and D. If there is no continuity, replace the TCS OFF switch.
