Scheme 3: BRAKE FLUID INSPECTION
- Verify that the brake fluid level in the reserve tank is between the MAX and MIN marks. (Scheme 3): Identifying Brake Fluid Level In Reserve Tank (MZR 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.0, MZR 2.5 And MZR 2.3 DISI Turbo) If the brake fluid level is below the MIN mark, add brake fluid.
Operation inspection
- With the engine stopped, pump the pedal a few times.
- With the pedal depressed, start the engine.
- If the pedal moves down slightly immediately after starting the engine, the unit is normal.
