  1. Remove the battery cover. (See «BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]»(ref-520427-S28538867222013010300000).)
  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See «BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]»(ref-520427-S28538867222013010300000).)
  3. Remove the plug hole plate. (See «PLUG HOLE PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]»(ref-520419-S32364526322013010300000).)
  4. Remove the plug hole plate bracket. (See «TIMING CHAIN REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]»(ref-520419-S40158425132013010300000).)
  5. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal. (Scheme 10): Ignition Coil/Ion Sensor With Torque Specifications
