B2486Climate Controlled Seat Module Voltage Out of RangeCCSMDEPOWER the supplemental restraint system (SRS). REFER to AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS . DISCONNECT driver seat C327 or passenger seat C315 of the affected seat and CONNECT restraint system diagnostic tool 501-095 to the affected seat connector. CONNECT the battery ground cable. CHECK circuit 294 (WH/LB) for a fault and REPAIR as needed. If OK, REFER to BATTERY & CHARGING SYSTEM . Once the repair is complete, DISCONNECT the restraint system diagnostic tool from the seat connector and CONNECT the seat connector of the affected seat. REPOWER the SRS. REFER to AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS .

If the DTC does not clear, DEPOWER the supplemental restraint system (SRS). REFER to AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS . DISCONNECT driver seat C327 or passenger seat C315 of the affected seat and CONNECT restraint system diagnostic tool 501-095 to the affected seat connector. CONNECT the battery ground cable. CHECK circuit 1551 (VT/WH) for a fault and REPAIR as needed. If OK, INSTALL a new climate controlled seat switch. Once the repair is complete, DISCONNECT the restraint system diagnostic tool from the seat connector and CONNECT the seat connector of the affected seat. REPOWER the SRS. REFER to AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS .
B2793Cool Switch Short to GroundCCSMNOTE: If COOL is pressed for greater than 20 seconds on the climate controlled seat switch, DTC B2793 will set in the CCSM. CLEAR the DTC. If the DTC does not clear, DEPOWER the supplemental restraint system (SRS). REFER to AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS . DISCONNECT driver seat C327 or passenger seat C315 of the affected seat and CONNECT restraint system diagnostic tool 501-095 to the affected seat connector. CONNECT the battery ground cable. CHECK circuit 1550 (WH/OG) for a fault and REPAIR as needed. If OK, INSTALL a new climate controlled seat switch. Once the repair is complete, DISCONNECT the restraint system diagnostic tool from the seat connector and CONNECT the seat connector of the affected seat. REPOWER the SRS. REFER to AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS .

CHECK driver CCSM C3031b-4 (or passenger CCSM 3036b-4), circuit 1566 (RD/YE) for battery voltage. If OK, REPAIR ground to driver CCSM C3031b-3 (or passenger CCM 3036b), circuit 1205 (BK). Once the repair is complete, DISCONNECT the restraint system diagnostic tool from the seat connector and CONNECT the seat connector of the affected seat. REPOWER the SRS. REFER to AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS .

CHECK driver CCSM C3031b-2 (or passenger CCSM 3036b-2), circuit 1003 (GY/YE) for ignition voltage and driver CCSM C3031b-3 (or passenger C3036b-3), circuit 1205 (BK) for ground. REPAIR as needed. If OK, REFER to BATTERY & CHARGING SYSTEM . Once the repair is complete, DISCONNECT the restraint system diagnostic tool from the seat side air bag module body harness connector and CONNECT the seat side air bag module connector of the affected seat. REPOWER the SRS. REFER to AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS .
