Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS)
The anti-lock brake system consists of the following components
- Hydraulic control unit (HCU)
- Anti-lock brake system (ABS) module
- Rear anti-lock brake sensor
- Rear anti-lock brake sensor ring
- Front anti-lock brake sensor
- Front anti-lock brake sensor ring
- Yellow ABS warning indicator
Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) With Traction Control and Stability Assist
The anti-lock brake system with traction control and stability assist consists of these additional components
- Accelerometer (in the same component as the yaw rate sensor) Lateral (4x2 and 4x4) Longitudinal (4x4)
- Yaw rate sensor (in the same component as the accelerometer
- Steering wheel rotation sensor (integral to clockspring)
