Use the following procedure to troubleshoot the wiper and washer system.
- VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP NEXT: Go to next step
- CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS AND SYMPTOM CHECK NEXT: Go to next step
- INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE Standard Voltage 11 to 14 V If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding to the next step. NEXT: Go to next step
