- CHECK CONNECTORS Turn the engine switch off. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Check that the connectors are properly connected to the occupant classification ECU and front seat inner belt assembly RH. OK The connectors are properly connected. HINT: If the connectors are not connected securely, reconnect the connectors and proceed to the next inspection. Disconnect the connectors from the occupant classification ECU and front seat inner belt assembly RH. Check that the terminals of connectors are not damaged. OK The terminals are not deformed or damaged. NG --> REPLACE FRONT SEAT WIRE RH OK: Go to next step
- CHECK FRONT SEAT WIRE RH (SHORT TO B+) Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal. Turn the engine switch on (IG). Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below. - CHECK CONNECTORS Turn the engine switch off. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Disconnect the connectors from the occupant classification ECU and 4 occupant classification sensors. Check that the terminals of connectors are not damaged. OK The terminals are not deformed or damaged. NG --> REPLACE FRONT SEAT WIRE RH OK: Go to next step
- REPLACE OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION ECU Connect the connectors to the 4 occupant classification sensors. Replace the occupant classification ECU. Refer to «REMOVAL»(ref-400651-S05034954142011051800000) . NEXT: Go to next step
- PERFORM ZERO POINT CALIBRATION Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3. Turn the engine switch on (IG). Using the Techstream, perform Zero Point Calibration. Refer to «INITIALIZATION»(ref-400952-S26316304782011051800000) . OK "Zero Point Calibration is complete." is displayed. NEXT: Go to next step
- PERFORM SENSITIVITY CHECK Using the Techstream, perform Sensitivity Check. Refer to «INITIALIZATION»(ref-400952-S26316304782011051800000) . Standard 27 to 33 kg (59.5 to 72.8 lb) NEXT --> END

- REPLACE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH Connect the connector to the occupant classification ECU. Replace the front seat inner belt assembly RH. Refer to «REMOVAL»(ref-400652-S31627949502011051800000) . NEXT: Go to next step
- PERFORM ZERO POINT CALIBRATION Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
