  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEELS
  2. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSY FRONT LH Disconnect the connector. Remove the nut and disconnect the height control sensor link. Remove the 2 bolts and height control sensor sub-assy front LH.
  3. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSY FRONT LH Install the height control sensor sub-assy front LH with 2 bolts. Torque: 7.8 N.m (80 kgf.cm, 69 in. lbf) Connect the height control sensor link with a nut. Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in. lbf) Connect the connector.
  4. INSTALL FRONT WHEELS Torque: 103 N.m (1,050 kgf.cm, 76 ft.lbf) ADJUST VEHICLE HEIGHT (SEE «ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION» )

  1. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSY REAR LH Disconnect the connector. Place matchmarks on the height control sensor link and bracket. Remove the nut and disconnect the height control sensor link. Remove the 2 bolts and height control sensor sub-assy rear LH.
  2. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSY REAR LH Install the height control sensor sub-assy rear LH with 2 bolts. Torque: 7.8 N.m (80 kgf.cm, 69 in. lbf) Align the matchmarks on the height control sensor link and bracket. Install the nut. Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in. lbf) Connect the connector.
  3. ADJUST VEHICLE HEIGHT (SEE «ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION» )

  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEELS
  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
  3. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSY NO.1 Disconnect the connector. Disconnect the under side air tube (see «PRECAUTION» ). Disconnect the 3 side air tubes (see «PRECAUTION» ). Remove the 2 nuts and height control valve sub-assy No.1.
  4. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSY NO.1 Install the height control valve sub-assy No.1 with 2 nuts. Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in. lbf) Connect the 3 side air tubes (see «PRECAUTION» ). Connect the under side air tube (see «PRECAUTION» ). Connect the connector.
  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
  6. INSTALL FRONT WHEELS Torque: 103 N.m (1,050 kgf.cm, 76 ft.lbf)
  7. INSPECT AIR LEAK (SEE «ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION» )

  1. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSY NO.2 Disconnect the connector. Disconnect the 3 air tubes (see «PRECAUTION» ). Remove the 2 nuts and height control valve sub-assy No.2.
  2. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSY NO.2 Install the height control valve sub-assy No.2 with 2 nuts. Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in. lbf) Connect the 3 air tubes (see «PRECAUTION» ). Connect the connector.
  3. INSPECT AIR LEAK (SEE «ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION»

  1. SEPARATE BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL CENTER LOWER (SEE «REPLACEMENT» )
  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL END (SEE «REPLACEMENT» )
  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSY NO.1 (SEE «REPLACEMENT» )
  5. REMOVE COIN BOX ASSY (SEE «REPLACEMENT» )
  6. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR SWITCH ASSY (SEE «REPLACEMENT» )
  7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSY (SEE «REPLACEMENT» )
  8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL AIR BAG ASSY LOWER NO.1 (SEE «INSTRUMENT PANEL» )
  9. REMOVE SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU Disconnect the connectors. Remove the 2 nuts and suspension control ECU with bracket. Remove the 2 nuts and suspension control ECU from the bracket.
  10. INSTALL SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU Install the suspension control ECU to the bracket with the 2 nuts. Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf.cm, 48 in. lbf) Install the suspension control ECU with bracket with the 2 nuts. Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf.cm, 48 in. lbf) Connect the connectors.
  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL AIR BAG ASSY LOWER NO.1 (SEE «INSTRUMENT PANEL» )
  12. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSY (SEE «REPLACEMENT» )
  13. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR SWITCH ASSY (SEE «REPLACEMENT» )
  14. INSTALL COIN BOX ASSY (SEE «REPLACEMENT» )
  15. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSY NO.1 (SEE «REPLACEMENT» )
  16. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL END (SEE «REPLACEMENT» )
  17. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL CENTER LOWER (SEE «REPLACEMENT» )
  18. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT (SEE «AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT DOES NOT ILLUMINATE» )
  19. CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
