  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to Specifications .
  2. Raise and support the vehicle.
  3. Remove the air intake resonator. Refer to Intake Air Resonator .
  4. Remove the coolant expansion tank. Refer to Coolant Expansion Tank .
  5. Using the special tools, release the cooling fan.
  6. Remove the engine undershield. Refer to Engine Undershield .
  7. Remove the engine compartment RH heat shield. Remove the 2 nuts. Remove the 2 screws.
  8. Release the engine mount. Support the engine. Remove the nut.
  9. Remove the engine mount. Using a transmission jack, raise the engine clear of the engine mount. Remove the 2 bolts.
