Lower Ball Joint
Remove lower control arm. Place in vise. Install Pull Attachment (OK130-322-020) to ball joint stud. Measure ball joint rotating torque using spring scale. (Scheme 5) Rotating torque should be 18-30 INCH lbs. (2-3 N.m). If rotating torque is not as specified, replace ball joint.

WHEEL BEARING
- Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel assembly. Remove brake caliper and wire aside. Remove brake disc. Attach dial indicator to axle hub and measure bearing play. Check bearing axial play by rocking hub assembly by hand.
- Maximum axial play should be .002" (.05 mm). If play exceeds specification, check and adjust lock nut torque. See «TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-4728-S12030749392000072000000) . If lock nut is tightened to specification, replace wheel bearing.
