- Disconnect the negative(-) battery terminal.
- Pull out the relay from the engine compartment relay box. Head lamp(Low) relay Head lamp (High) relay
- Check for continuity between terminals. There should be continuity between the No. 87 and No. 30 terminals when power and ground are connected to the No. 86 and No. 85 terminals.
- There should be no continuity between the No. 87 and No. 30 terminals when power is disconnected.
Scheme 4
- Disconnect the negative(-) battery terminal.
- Remove the crash pad lower panel. (Refer to the " «CRASH PAD»(ref-537227-S36224571332013032200000) ")
- Remove the junction box.
- Check for continuity between the terminals. There should be continuity between the No. 1 terminal in the I/P-F and the No. 17(LH) or 16(RH) terminal in the I/P-I when power and ground are connected to the No. 1 terminal in the I/P-F and the No. 18 terminal in the I/P-A. There should be no continuity between the No. 1 terminal in the I/P-F and the No. 17(LH) or 16(RH) terminal in the I/PI when power is disconnected.
Scheme 5
- Disconnect the negative(-) battery terminal.
- Remove the crash pad lower panel. (Refer to the " «CRASH PAD»(ref-537227-S36224571332013032200000) ")
- Remove the junction box.
- Check for continuity between the terminals. There should be continuity between the No. 1 terminals in the I/P-F and No. 11 terminals in the I/P-G when power and ground are connected to the No. 1 terminals in the I/P-F and No. 3 terminals in the I/P-A. There should be no continuity between the No. 1 terminals in the I/P-F and No. 11 terminals in the I/P-G when power is disconnected.
