Operation Time Limiter

Maximal operation time of power window motor is limited to 15 sec (EEPROM programmable)

1. Remove the front door trim panel. (Refer to the " «FRONT DOOR»(ref-536122-S21591303232013031400000) ")
2. Disconnect the connector from the motor.
3. Connect the motor terminals No. 1 and No. 2 directly to battery voltage (12V) and connect the motor terminals No. 6 directly to battery (-). And then check that the motor operates smoothly. If the operation is abnormal, replace the motor. [Safety Power Window]
4. Connect the motor terminals directly to battery voltage (12V) and check that the motor operates smoothly. Next, reverse the polarity and check that the motor operates smoothly in the reverse direction. If the operation is abnormal, replace the motor. [General]

1. Remove the rear door trim panel. (Refer to the " «REAR DOOR»(ref-536122-S04199767692013031400000) ")
2. Disconnect the 2P connector from the motor.
3. Connect the motor terminals directly to battery voltage (12V) and check that the motor operates smoothly. Next, reverse the polarity and check that the motor operates smoothly in the reverse direction. If the operation is abnormal, replace the motor.

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Remove the front door trim panel. (Refer to the " «FRONT DOOR»(ref-536122-S21591303232013031400000) ")
3. Disconnect the connector from the switch.
4. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table. If the continuity condition is not normal, replace the switch.
