RADIATOR Kia Optima II

Engine Mechanical (G6EA - Gsl 2.7L) 1 illustration

RADIATOR

  1. Install the radiator assembly with a condenser to the vehicle.
  2. Connect the engine coolant reservoir tank hose (A, B).
  3. Connect the air conditioning tube hoses (A).
  4. Clamp the ATF (Automatic Transaxle Fluid) cooler hoses (A, B) to the radiator.
  5. Install the radiator mounting bolts (A).
  6. Connect the radiator fan connector (A).
  7. Connect the transaxle oil cooler hoses. (Refer to «AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE SYSTEM»(ref-266022) ).
  8. Install the upper radiator hose (A) and lower radiator hose (B).
  9. Install the air duct (A).
  10. Refill with engine coolant.
